Project Manager

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities within a sponsor‑dedicated model. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate communication, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate risks.
• Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and present status reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team capability.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (advantageous).
