Project Manager – LATAM Minerals Processing

About the role

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver mineral‑processing projects for LATAM customers, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to budget. Acting as the primary customer interface, you will track progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope with internal stakeholders and customers, setting quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintain standard project documentation and status reports against milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering to generate bills of materials and enter project data and costs into the ERP system.
• Plan, monitor, and drive completion of all project activities, addressing resource constraints and internal conflicts.
• Provide regular status updates, schedules, and risk assessments to key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, troubleshooting, and accurate financial forecasting.
• Submit required vendor documentation, including engineering drawings and regulatory data, on schedule.
• Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives using root‑cause analysis tools.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals, manage time and tasks effectively.
