Project Manager LATAM – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the technical design, planning and delivery of monitoring and feed‑in management solutions for renewable energy projects across Latin America. You will act as the main contact for customers and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design and detailed planning of monitoring systems for renewable energy projects.
• Manage projects from order intake through implementation to final hand‑over, tracking scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Support change‑management activities and assist sales and proposal teams during quotation and bidding phases.
• Contribute to technical concepts, solution designs and customer‑specific proposals, and provide technical input for contract preparation.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to drive efficient execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial communication, monitoring or control systems.
• Strong technical understanding, structured and proactive working style, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational abilities, with a collaborative team attitude.
• Confident decision‑maker with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on delivering sustainable customer value.
