Project Manager – Renewable Energy Monitoring (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the design, planning and delivery of monitoring and feed‑in management solutions for renewable energy projects across Latin America. You will act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design and detailed planning of monitoring systems for renewable energy installations.
• Manage projects from order intake through implementation to final hand‑over.
• Track scope, budget, timeline and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change‑management activities during execution.
• Assist Sales and Proposal teams during quotation and bidding phases.
• Contribute to technical concepts, solution designs and customer‑specific proposals.
• Provide technical input for contract preparation and review.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive efficient execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial communication, monitoring or control systems.
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for solving complex engineering challenges.
• Structured, independent and proactive working style.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
