About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Promoter to strengthen point‑of‑sale execution within the pharmacy channel. The role ensures brand visibility, compliance with execution standards, staff training, and market intelligence collection while adhering to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain POP materials, displays, and approved visibility elements in pharmacies.
• Verify compliance with execution standards (presence, pricing, up‑to‑date material) and document findings with photos and platform reports.
• Provide brief product trainings to pharmacy staff, build trusted relationships, and identify ongoing training needs.
• Collect own and competitor pricing, stock levels, promotions, and active materials during each visit.
• Report market insights, barriers, and new opportunities to the Trade Marketing Partner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with findings, photographs, and key metrics; feed execution and pricing platforms; flag incidents or alerts.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background (e.g., marketing, business, pharmacy).
• Residence in the Santiago area.
• Experience in point‑of‑sale execution, trade marketing, or pharmacy channel.
• Basic knowledge of POP materials and field data collection.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Result‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
