About the role
The Quality Coordinator supports the plant’s production system by overseeing quality and inventory processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document quality assurance programs aligned with production standards.
- Coordinate on‑site ISO certification activities and manage internal and third‑party quality audits.
- Investigate customer complaints, perform root‑cause analysis, and track corrective actions for effectiveness.
- Conduct internal audits for all departments and reconcile monthly customer inventory reports.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and collaborate with plant management to sustain consistent quality performance.
- Oversee physical inventories and, when required, perform laboratory analysis testing.
- Coach, train, and evaluate quality team members, including salary recommendations and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a high‑volume production environment.
- Proven ability to lead investigations, manage audits, and drive corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

- ISO certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001).
