Quality Manager, Data Center Construction Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the Data Center Construction Projects team. This on‑site position will lead the quality assurance effort for complex data‑center builds, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality program for data‑center construction projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections and audits on MEP equipment and related works.
• Coordinate construction scheduling activities and ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Support project administration and assist project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in quality control and MEP equipment.
• Proven experience with construction scheduling and project administration.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
