Over de functie
Wij zoeken recruiters voor massale wervingsprocessen die volledig online werken. De functie is part‑time (30 uur per week) en wordt uitgevoerd vanuit huis.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Vacatures publiceren op diverse jobportalen.
- Telefonisch screenen van kandidaten.
- Competentie‑interviews afnemen.
- Beheren van het volledige selectieproces tot het opstellen van het personeelsdossier.
Gewenst profiel
- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring met massale werving en selectie.
- Ervaring met profielen in de retail‑ en logistieke sector is een pré.
- Hoge aandacht voor detail, goede organisatie‑ en planningsvaardigheden.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Bekwaam in het gebruik van online wervingsplatformen.
Wat wij bieden
- Flexibele werktijden: vrijdag 10:00‑20:00, zaterdag en zondag 09:00‑19:00.
- Een vaste aanstelling met een initiële proefperiode van vier weken.
- De mogelijkheid om vanuit elke locatie te werken.
