Recruiter, G&A (Remote)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Recruiter to support General & Administrative (G&A) hiring across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Administration. This fully remote, high‑volume role focuses on keeping the recruiting process clean, organized, and frictionless.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ATS hygiene for 10‑20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring accurate candidate records, statuses, and notes.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring manager interviews, and panel interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing confirmations, agendas, prep materials, and follow‑ups.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flagging stalled candidates and overdue feedback.
• Manage candidate communications, including outreach replies, status updates, rejection notes, and offer logistics.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards, the company careers site, and partner channels.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, interview load, pipeline coverage, and requisition aging.
• Identify process gaps and propose lightweight improvements to scheduling, ATS workflows, and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with a passion for tidy data and well‑run processes.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
