Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global talent acquisition efforts. This fully remote position will help shape staffing strategies, source qualified candidates, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with the recruiting team to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: experience in IT recruitment.
