BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives across a variety of technology projects. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing staffing strategies for open positions.
• Collect and analyze profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with recruiters to source and identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend enhancements to recruiting and staffing processes.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
