Regional Marketing PMA – Energy (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Product Manager Associate (PMA) focused on Energy within our Surgery MedTech portfolio in Chile. The role will support the execution of the regional marketing strategy, driving portfolio growth and ensuring consistent, insight‑driven marketing across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the regional marketing plan for the Surgery MedTech portfolio, aligning with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant and effective marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Support product launch activities and promotional campaigns across multiple countries.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to business performance reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing or product management, preferably within MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with regional and global stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
