About the role

Jobs for Humanity is hiring a remote call center representative for its remote call center business. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training and requires a minimum commitment of 9 months. The schedule is full-time, five days a week, 8 to 9 hours per day.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Solve problems and document interactions
Follow scripts and internal procedures
Maintain a calm, quiet work environment

Required profile

Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
Good communication and computer skills
Reliable and coachable
Willingness to attend a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks)

Required equipment

Laptop: Windows with 8 GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores) 2.0 GHz+, or Mac with 8 GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0 GHz+
Wired USB headset with a visible microphone (no AirPods or wireless headsets)
Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected by cable); Wi-Fi and hotspots are not accepted
