Remote Central Monitor – Clinical Data (Brazil)

About the role

The Central Monitor joins IQVIA’s Central Monitoring Department to provide remote, data‑driven support across multiple clinical studies. Working from home, you will ensure the quality and integrity of study data while collaborating with site teams in Latin America and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform centralized monitoring activities and evaluate study compliance with protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, and tracking tools with accurate project information.
• Manage trigger alerts and prepare i‑site packs for assigned sites and countries.
• Assist in basic data‑analytics scope and trend analysis for studies.
• Participate in study team meetings, verify information, and triage data issues.
• Escalate site‑related quality issues to the Centralized Monitoring Lead.
• Conduct subject‑level data reviews, investigating inclusion/exclusion criteria, IP, AEs, labs, endpoints, and SAEs.
• Interact with sites and CRAs to follow up on study milestones from start to close‑out.
• Provide backup support for tasks delegated by senior monitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (or near completion).
• Minimum 2 years of on‑site or remote clinical monitoring experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
