Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional support and fostering lasting relationships—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients across phone, email and chat channels.
• Handle inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote services and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and propose solutions that align with company policies.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement engagement and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
