About the role
Join StaffScout as a remote Paralegal and work directly with leading U.S. law firms on real cases. You will contribute to litigation teams, drafting documents and conducting research while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.
Key responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence that meet U.S. litigation standards.
- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and support discovery efforts.
- Coordinate witnesses, organize evidence, and assist with trial preparation.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in legal support, paralegal work, or related professional legal services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with U.S. legal processes and litigation software tools.
