Remote QA Analyst (Chile)

About the role

Symphonic is seeking a Remote QA Analyst based in Chile to join its Rights squad. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of the platforms that enable artists and labels to distribute music worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and verify user stories.
• Design and execute detailed test plans for new and existing features.
• Become an expert on Symphonic’s content and catalog management systems, including ingestion, publishing, licensing, rights, and metadata workflows.
• Reproduce reported issues and file clear, actionable bug reports.
• Communicate findings with developers, stakeholders, and other squads.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and team planning sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, tools, and documentation.
• Help track and report on defect trends and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience on web‑based, client‑facing applications.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex or ambiguous requirements.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating remotely.

Required skills

• Intermediate SQL for querying and validating data.
