Remote Recruiter & Interviewer (Chile)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a global organization by identifying and selecting top talent. Based in Chile, you will conduct video interviews and structured role‑playing assessments to evaluate candidates against the required skills and behaviours for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to evaluate real‑time communication, problem‑solving and role‑specific capabilities.
• Study each open position in depth to understand the required skills, experience, characteristics and behaviours.
• Assess candidates for professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal abilities and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate interview notes, evaluations and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure consistent, high‑standard interactions with every candidate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, discuss assessments and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote environment.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to evaluate candidate character objectively.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple interviews efficiently.
• Self‑motivated to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining punctuality and responsiveness.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, quality camera and professional microphone.
