About the role

The Sales Representative will proactively contact key school personnel by phone to build commercial relationships, promote, and sell Neff's full line of recognition products and apparel. This role focuses on athletic directors, coaches, school administrators, band and choir directors, student support groups, and other school organization advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to active, inactive, and prospect customers to sell products and share promotions.
• Apply sales strategies to strengthen existing accounts and acquire new ones.
• Manage a designated list of accounts, prepare quotes, and process orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Handle inbound calls from previously contacted customers or marketing campaigns.
• Refer jacket, regalia, and yearbook opportunities to the appropriate Jostens representative.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience working in a call‑center environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficient English as a second language.
• Excellent oral communication, clear and persuasive.
• Strong written communication with correct spelling and grammar.
• Punctuality and commitment to the scheduled work hours.
