About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Reservation Services Specialist. Working remotely, you will assist clients with reservation inquiries, provide options, confirm bookings, and ensure ongoing service needs are met with a professional and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests, gathering information about needs and preferences.
• Research available options and services, assist with reservations, confirmations, and any changes or special requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates, review reservation details and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on outstanding requests, and communicate with service providers when needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms, with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required.
