Retail & Marketing Manager – LATAM Agent Markets

About the role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Retail & Marketing Manager to support the execution of its retail sales strategy across LATAM agent markets. The role will drive growth by coordinating with internal teams, agents, and commercial partners, ensuring high‑impact point‑of‑sale execution and alignment with regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition of market priorities and implement retail initiatives at regional and cross‑divisional levels.
• Manage and optimise the retail investment budget to achieve ROI.
• Define, monitor and achieve sell‑in financial targets in collaboration with agent teams.
• Develop up to 24‑month strategic plans with key retailers to drive sustainable growth.
• Coordinate with global, regional and divisional teams (marketing, theatrical, promotions) to deliver integrated initiatives.
• Assess competitive activities and propose corrective strategies.
• Drive execution of retail programmes, cross‑category solutions and point‑of‑sale conversion initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with retailers, licensees and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong operational execution with high standards of excellence.
• Experience in sales, retail, trade marketing or commercial roles.
• Key account management experience, preferably with agents, distributors or licensees.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, product).
• Experience working in multi‑country environments, ideally LATAM.
• Commercial planning and point‑of‑sale execution background.
• Experience in licensing, entertainment or consumer goods.
• High analytical skills for ROI, performance tracking and competitive analysis.
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on retailers and consumers.
