About the role

Join Harding+ as a French‑speaking Retail Sales Associate aboard luxury cruise ships, delivering premium brand experiences to guests worldwide. You will live and work at sea, creating memorable retail moments while promoting high‑end products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, face‑to‑face customer service in a dynamic onboard retail environment.
• Drive sales by showcasing luxury items, organizing in‑store events, fashion shows, and product presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and convey brand culture to guests.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a tidy, visually appealing sales floor and adhere to safety and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Strong retail background with experience in premium or luxury goods.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Adaptable team player comfortable with change and life at sea.
