Revenue Management Manager – Surgery Southern Cluster

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Revenue Management Manager for its Surgery Southern Cluster. The role will lead the Pricing & Revenue Center of Excellence, overseeing both tactical and strategic revenue activities across MedTech surgical product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and engage the pricing team, aligning goals with regional priorities.
• Own the end‑to‑end pricing process, providing benchmarks, guidance, and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Partner with commercial leadership to translate revenue dynamics into actionable regional strategies.
• Maintain compliance standards, respond to audit requests, and ensure a digitized, agile pricing process.
• Drive profitability by linking price decisions to gross‑to‑net, mix, and cost management.
• Design and deliver commercial revenue contracting solutions for business customers.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in pricing or revenue management within a MedTech or healthcare environment.
• Deep understanding of revenue dynamics across multiple business channels.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, sales, and finance teams.
• Ability to uphold compliance standards and manage audit processes.
