Sales Account Manager – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive acquisition of new users and develop markets across the LATAM region for our renewable‑energy monitoring and control solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to utility‑scale customers, delivering tailored SaaS and SCADA offerings while representing meteocontrol at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential users in EPC, O&M and asset‑management sectors.
• Consult, propose and sell innovative SaaS and SCADA monitoring systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle from technical consulting to contract negotiation and account management.
• Maintain regular on‑site visits and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver customized solutions and support team onboarding.
• Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses.

Required profile

• Strong technical affinity for cloud‑based software solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable‑energy sales or related fields.
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the LATAM region.
