About the role
The Sales and Service Representative will provide clear, accurate information to clients and users via phone and other channels, delivering product and service details while maintaining high quality standards and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries by phone and other communication channels.
- Supply precise data on products and services.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
Required profile
- University student enrolled in any relevant degree program.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with personal computers (PC).
- Experience using Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of credit formalization processes.
