Sales Development I Supervisor (Coach)

About the role

The Sales Development I Supervisor leads a team of SDR I agents, ensuring daily performance, high engagement, and strong sales results. This role focuses on coaching, KPI monitoring, and driving accountability to maximize productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day performance of SDR I agents, conduct daily huddles, and enforce attendance and punctuality standards.
• Monitor sales metrics and individual KPIs, provide 1:1 coaching, and develop improvement plans for high and low performers.
• Conduct call evaluations, analyze QA data, identify trends, and deliver tactical sales coaching based on findings.
• Ensure adherence to call scripts, SLAs, TCPA compliance, and company regulations; report operational issues to leadership.
• Maintain shift reports, attendance logs, and performance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role with a record of performance, quality, and rule adherence.
• Strong understanding of quality‑assurance and team‑leadership principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with analytical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
