Sales Development Representative

About the role

Veeam is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in an assigned territory. You will use a mix of internal and third‑party tools to identify prospects, provide product information, and support the sales team in driving commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate telephone and email outreach to uncover new commercial opportunities.
• Utilize internal platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and discover white‑space.
• Support qualified prospects with follow‑up, product details, and quotations.
• Meet monthly KPIs tracked via Salesforce activity reports.
• Participate in call‑out days, events, and customer meetings alongside sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales associates.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Attention to detail in record‑keeping.
• Efficiency with MS Office automation tools.
• Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Collaborative attitude and positive mindset in a dynamic environment.
