Sales Development Representative – Property Management

About the role

We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to support a growing property‑management company that focuses on short‑term and mid‑term rentals. The role involves outbound outreach to homeowners, qualifying opportunities, booking meetings and expanding the portfolio of managed homes. The position is fully remote, English‑speaking, and works 9 am–5 pm PST.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to homeowners from a lead database of over 5,000 contacts.
• Qualify property owners and assess suitability for short‑term or mid‑term rental management.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, text and CRM workflows.
• Maintain and update lead records in Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the leadership team.
• Respond to inbound inquiries ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Research competitors and benchmark local property‑management companies.
• Track outreach activity, conversations and pipeline progress in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR or business development.
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners and prospects.
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound sales motions and persistent follow‑up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter able to work independently without constant supervision.
