Sales Director – FMCG (Chile)

About the role

Energizer Holdings is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its FMCG portfolio in Chile. You will drive commercial performance across Auto Care, Batteries, and Lighting categories, working in a hybrid environment with national and multinational exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales, net sales, gross margin, and profit targets for the full product portfolio across all channels.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing, discounts, and trade terms, aligned with global guidelines.
• Lead account and channel strategies to grow priority customers and strengthen the base business.
• Negotiate major customer tenders, promotional plans, and in‑store execution.
• Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through accurate forecasting and annual business planning.
• Manage the Chile Commercial team and ensure high service levels from outsourced providers.
• Promote cultural transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (MBA or MSc a plus).
• Minimum of 8 years of senior sales leadership experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
