Sales Manager – South Cluster (Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay)

About the role

Castrol is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the South Cluster to lead commercial activities across Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. Based in Santiago, you will drive profitable growth, strengthen distributor and customer partnerships, and ensure commercial excellence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share through effective commercial strategy and execution.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers, conducting regular business reviews.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning and performance analysis to support S&OP processes.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in sales, commercial management or business development, preferably managing distributor networks.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, profitability and market‑share objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
