Sales Representative – Call Center (Santiago, DR)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our in‑house call center in Santiago. You will promote a portfolio of academic programs—including diplomas, workshops, and virtual courses—to prospective students and help them improve their professional profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to interested prospects and present program details.
• Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the training team to stay updated on program offerings.

Required profile

• Resides in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
• Currently a university student or a recent graduate.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, customer‑service orientation, and agility.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or similar sales position.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and networking with professionals.
