Sales Representative – Chile (PV, Inverter, Battery)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive business development for photovoltaic (PV), inverter, and lithium‑battery solutions in Chile. The role involves building new relationships with installers and regional distributors while managing after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with installers (integrators) and small regional distributors from scratch.
• Coordinate logistics schedules, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure smooth after‑sales service.
• Travel frequently to installation sites, local hardware stores, and energy markets to support customers.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment of a Chinese‑owned company while resolving unexpected local issues.
• Utilise CRM systems and LinkedIn for lead generation and business development.
• Prepare and deliver basic presentations to prospects and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the PV, inverter, or lithium‑battery industry.
• Existing list of potential clients and proven ability to build new accounts.
• Strong communication skills for logistics coordination and after‑sales handling.
• Willingness to travel regularly for fieldwork across Chile.
• Patience and problem‑solving attitude for unexpected after‑sales issues.
• Basic proficiency in English for written and spoken communication.
