Sales Representative – Chile (Territory)

About the role

Ansell is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the third, fourth and fifth regions of Chile. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, promoting the Ansell brand and managing relationships with distributors and key end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales budget for the assigned territory as set by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing technical information, training and product updates.
• Identify and propose adjustments to the distribution network, including onboarding new distributors or discontinuing under‑performing ones.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and regulatory changes, and relay relevant insights to the company.
• Support distributors with product knowledge, new product introductions and compliance information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet sales objectives in a defined territory.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with distributors and end‑users.
• Analytical mindset to assess market risks and opportunities.
