About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Salesforce System Administrator, working 100% remotely. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of the company's Salesforce environment while supporting business processes across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
• Design, build, and manage complex automation using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Administer user access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security.
• Perform regular data audits, cleanup, and overall data‑quality management.
• Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical assistance to internal users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage platform configuration, automation, and security.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
