Security Consultant – Student Conversion

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Security Consultant focused on Endpoint Security to support client IT and business leaders. In this student‑conversion position, you will help organisations assess, design, and improve their endpoint protection strategies while gaining exposure to hybrid cloud and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze security incidents and work with clients to enhance overall security posture.
• Develop comprehensive endpoint strategies, programs, and incident‑response roadmaps.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and assessments to identify endpoint risks, exposures, and vulnerabilities.
• Recommend remediation actions and guide implementation of endpoint security technologies, including mobility solutions.
• Deliver consulting services that address client concerns related to endpoint security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or exposure to endpoint security technologies and mobility solutions.
• Understanding of security principles and ability to define business drivers for security programs.
• Hands‑on experience conducting security assessments and analyzing incidents.
• Capability to develop incident‑response plans and remediation recommendations.
