Senior Account Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive strategic business development and strengthen key customer relationships within Chile’s telecommunications sector. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and major telecom operators, shaping long‑term commercial opportunities around network infrastructure and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for strategic telecommunications accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, network, planning, and operations.
• Identify new business opportunities related to mobile network infrastructure and technology evolution.
• Lead complex commercial opportunities through the full sales cycle, from identification to negotiation and closing.
• Understand customer investment priorities and network evolution plans to anticipate future opportunities.
• Craft compelling value propositions that combine technology, commercial competitiveness, operational efficiency, and long‑term customer value.
• Maintain market awareness and provide insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, business development or commercial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Chilean telecom market and proven experience managing strategic accounts with major operators.
• Professional English proficiency for frequent interaction with international teams.
