Senior Acquisition Onboarding Manager

About the role

The Senior Acquisition Onboarding Manager will own and lead the redesign and implementation of a global onboarding model for newly acquired schools. This role ensures rapid, low‑risk integration while maintaining education quality and aligning with group standards across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve a scalable onboarding operating model that is efficient, effective and globally consistent.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding function, managing a pipeline aligned with acquisition volumes and ensuring acquisition readiness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑risk onboarding challenges, delivering swift resolutions.
• Establish and manage governance structures, stage‑gates, reporting cadences and decision forums to ensure transparency and risk management.
• Track and report progress, risks, issues and dependencies to senior leadership and investors.
• Capture lessons learned from each acquisition and embed improvements into future onboarding projects.

Required profile

• Strong leadership ability with experience building and mentoring geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven capability to develop and maintain effective relationships with senior school leaders, regional divisions and functional heads.
