Senior Brand Designer for Krak

About the role

Payward is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of Krak, its money‑app platform. You will be the creative lead behind all brand touch‑points, ensuring a cohesive and compelling experience across digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand refreshes and evolution for Krak, owning visual identity, art direction, and design standards end‑to‑end.
• Maintain brand consistency across website, product launches, lifecycle emails, paid acquisition, social media, app‑store assets, and events.
• Apply 3D modeling skills to create product visualisations and key brand assets.
• Design motion systems and animations that bring the brand to life.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools for rapid concepting and production, collaborating with video and animation specialists when needed.
• Develop a distinctive illustration style, build a reusable library, and produce original artwork for product and marketing.
• Create scalable design systems, including Figma component libraries, marketing templates, and localization‑ready layouts.
• Build variable asset pipelines, modular campaign kits, and automation workflows for multi‑format exports and large‑scale localisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience in fast‑paced fintech or top‑tier design agencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating detail‑oriented design, strategic thinking, and bold creativity.
• Expertise in typography, colour, layout, and composition.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to present concepts and rationalise design decisions.
