Senior Business Development Manager – LATAM

About the role

Distribusion is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to launch and scale its ground‑transportation platform in Latin America. The role will be based in Chile and work remotely with the Global Markets Expansion team, reporting to the Director of New Markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and onboard new commercial partnerships with ground‑transport carriers and retail partners across LATAM.
• Support the full partnership lifecycle, including contract understanding, product scope definition and ongoing relationship management.
• Promote cross‑selling of additional solutions such as white‑label services, business‑intelligence tools and mobile booking applications.
• Analyse partner performance data to uncover growth opportunities within Distribusion’s global retail network.
• Collaborate with tech, product, retail and finance teams to ensure smooth integration, ramp‑up and continuous operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong interest in sales and partner management with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to operate autonomously in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent networking, communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• International exposure through education or high‑performance work experience.
• Self‑driven, ambitious and ready to take ownership of the LATAM market launch.
