Senior Business Development Manager – LATAM

About the role

Distribusion is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to launch and scale its ground‑transportation marketplace across Latin America. Reporting to the Director of New Markets, you will act as the primary hunter, establishing new commercial partnerships with carriers and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Distribusion’s network of airport bus, rail and public‑transport operators in LATAM.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from contract negotiation to product integration and ongoing support.
• Cross‑sell a suite of white‑label, BI and mobile‑booking solutions to transport operators.
• Analyse partner performance data to identify growth opportunities within the global retail network.
• Collaborate closely with tech, product, retail and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong interest in sales and partner management with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• International exposure through education or previous roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
