Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

This senior position will lead the creation and execution of a global, multi‑channel communication ecosystem. Based in Chile and working remotely, you will shape brand, product marketing, editorial, website and social media messaging to strengthen market positioning and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the content and communication strategy across product marketing, brand, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, manage communication calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create, edit and optimise high‑quality communication materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that support product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, design, SEO, partnerships and external agencies to ensure cross‑channel alignment.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements and drive conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social‑media content and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Apply SEO best practices and explore AI‑assisted workflows to enhance content efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, communications or product marketing at a strategic level.
• Strong writing ability with a track record of turning complex information into engaging communications.
• Proactive leader capable of managing multiple initiatives independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
