Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to turn organic channels into a predictable revenue source for Scale Army. The role focuses on building and executing a full‑stack organic strategy—including SEO, AEO, social, webinars and newsletters—while supporting U.S.‑based clients on their business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own an end‑to‑end organic growth roadmap that drives qualified pipeline, not just traffic.
• Lead SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives, including keyword strategy, content architecture, on‑page and off‑page tactics.
• Set editorial standards, manage the content calendar and produce or edit content across blog, social and other channels.
• Collaborate with CRO, paid‑media and design teams to align content with conversion goals and amplify high‑performing assets.
• Implement AI‑powered workflows, prompt engineering and tool evaluation to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven record of scaling organic traffic and converting it into B2B or SaaS pipeline.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in SEO and AEO, including how large language models index and cite content.
• Comfortable working remotely across LATAM, Africa or Eastern Europe while aligning with U.S. business hours.
