Senior Controlling Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Controlling Analyst to join its Business Control area in Chile. The professional will support financial and administrative processes for the South cluster, ensuring accurate reporting, policy compliance, and robust control mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor revenue policies in Chile, including pricing and credit‑note issuance.
• Review price‑change proposals for consistency with corporate guidelines.
• Execute intercompany billing processes.
• Control inventory reserves during month‑end closings, calculate days of inventory and coordinate cost‑related tasks.
• Create and maintain master‑data elements according to business needs.
• Prepare sales and marginal contribution reports.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to guarantee quality, timeliness, and traceability of financial information.
• Follow up on the fixed‑asset investment plan for the South cluster.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative, finance, accounting, controlling or business‑support roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work with databases, generate reports and perform reconciliations.
