Senior Field Marketing Manager – LATAM

About the role

Dynatrace is looking for a passionate Senior Field Marketing Manager to join its LATAM field marketing organization. Based in Chile near Santiago, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders to design and execute marketing programs that generate pipeline, build awareness, and accelerate sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and execute in‑region marketing programs including events, webinars, demand campaigns, nurture programs and social media.
• Create new and expansion pipeline and accelerate opportunities through regional events aligned with sales campaigns and persona targets.
• Plan and run LATAM digital promotion initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
• Build executive relationships within regional accounts and act as the primary liaison between marketing and sales.
• Report and track program pipeline, performance results, and ROI against quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage regional budgets, SFDC campaigns, lead processes, vendor and contract relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5+ years B2B field marketing experience executing integrated programs across multiple tactics.
• Proven track record partnering with sales to build pipeline and drive results.
• Strong analytical ability with experience using reporting tools.
• Strategic, consultative mindset with excellent execution standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior sales leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
