Senior HR Analyst

About the role

The Senior HR Analyst will manage payroll and benefits administration while reinforcing company policies. The role also drives employee engagement initiatives and supports the replication of strategic HR programs across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing, maintain records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, act as primary contact for benefits inquiries.
• Develop and implement engagement activities aligned with regional calendars to boost employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR COE teams to streamline processes and maintain data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, leave of absence, and compliance with HR policies and laws.
• Partner with the Wellness COE to replicate wellness programs and ensure data privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting remote leaders and building strong relationships.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 tools – Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle.
• Familiarity with payroll software.
