Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding Chile is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will shape people strategies that drive growth, improve organizational effectiveness, and boost employee engagement across the logistics operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align talent, workforce planning and engagement initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, succession planning and performance management.
• Lead employee‑relations processes, ensuring compliance with Chilean labor legislation and company policies.
• Support change‑management and transformation projects, delivering HR analytics and insights.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations to deliver recruitment, onboarding, retention and diversity programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate studies preferred.
• Deep knowledge of talent management, employee relations, organizational development and labor legislation.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work with HR analytics and data‑driven decision making.
