Senior Key Account Manager – Paris

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager based in Paris, you will drive adidas' wholesale strategy for key accounts, ensuring sales targets are met and the brand’s market presence is strengthened. You will lead the end‑to‑end order book process, collaborate with digital teams, and guide a dedicated account team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the order book for the current season, monitoring purchase, sell‑out and inventory weekly.
• Report the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) to the Wholesale Board and track daily KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out, margin and e‑com share.
• Own the Go‑To‑Market strategy, lead seasonal planning meetings and negotiate commercial terms, campaigns and activations.
• Co‑lead the digital and omnichannel strategy, driving e‑commerce growth, conversion and online sell‑through.
• Build and develop a cross‑functional account team, setting priorities, coaching members and ensuring alignment across functions.
• Manage assortment planning, distribution, pricing and supply coordination with supply‑chain partners.
• Conduct regular store visits and lead monthly business reviews with client and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior key account management within wholesale or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, inventory planning and KPI monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive commercial negotiations.
• Experience with digital and omnichannel initiatives, especially e‑commerce performance.
