About the role

As a Senior Learning & Development Designer at BairesDev, you will lead the creation of high‑impact training programs that support organizational goals and employee growth. You will own the end‑to‑end development of instructional content, ensuring measurable results and long‑term professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop comprehensive training manuals and interactive online learning modules.
• Design structured, role‑based learning paths to guide employee development.
• Utilize e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline to create engaging instructional materials.
• Analyze business objectives to identify critical skills gaps.
• Implement measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems for seamless content delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing comprehensive training programs.
• Hands‑on experience measuring training effectiveness and optimizing outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Instructional design methodology.
• E‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline).
• Learning Management System administration.
