Senior Logistics Analyst

About the role

Metso is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst for its Chile Rubber Polymet factory in Concón. The role will coordinate and oversee complex logistics activities for mining consumables, ensuring reliable delivery and supporting production, warehousing, and transportation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, release, and execute delivery orders in ERP systems to meet customer, warehouse, and operational requirements.
• Monitor logistics backlogs, prioritize orders, and coordinate cross‑functional actions to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and manage inbound and outbound transportation using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related tools.
• Coordinate execution with carriers, third‑party logistics providers, customer logistics teams, mine site warehouses, and receiving locations.
• Support visibility and tracking processes, performance dashboards, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across multi‑site distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply‑chain analysis, preferably in mining or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and TMS platforms and ability to manage complex shipments.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Based in Chile and able to work onsite at the Concón facility.
