Senior Manager, End-to-End Supply Chain (Chile)

About the role

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Chile. The role is responsible for planning, customer service, distribution, logistics execution and inventory performance, working closely with commercial, finance, quality and global supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance for Chile, covering demand and supply planning, customer service, warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery and high service levels while balancing cost, inventory and risk.
• Partner with commercial, finance, quality and regulatory teams to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Lead, develop and coach a team of supply chain professionals, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive inventory management and working‑capital optimization, including forecasting accuracy and inventory health.
• Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and external suppliers to ensure performance, quality and contractual adherence.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply‑chain risks, supporting business continuity and disruption management.
• Lead process‑improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with global supply‑chain strategies and digital enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
